Power Shift Creative is a firm dedicated to shifting workplace culture through production, design, and community outreach. Under the Power Shift umbrella, our brands include Big Picture Anthems and STEAM the Streets, with an extensive history of delivering high impact media projects, campaigns, and programs. We believe in the power of the people and the untapped potential of our youth. Our philosophy is “each one teach one,” and we approach our work with intentionality and purpose. In many ways, the culture of Hip Hop has shaped our approach, and we carry out the principals of “making something out of nothing,” and “adding what’s not there.” We love to see youth shine, whether it's in front of the camera or behind it, with a microphone or a paintbrush, or climbing for success in their career field or studies. We walk our talk and invest time and resources to cultivate youth interns from underrepresented backgrounds who rise to be editors, videographers, or music producers, and most importantly, more fulfilled people.
