Power Systems Analysis MonitoRing ConTrol and Simulation (PSARTS) is a private company focusing on services mainly around voltage stability and control, offering services and solutions at the National Control Centre level. Moreover, a wide range of power system studies is provided including steady state and dynamic simulations and analysis. More specifically, services we offer include: - Integration of power system stability monitoring solutions in a control centre environment. - Integration services (e.g. scripting) for Energy Management Systems software tools. - Support of local/remote operators in the use of power system stability monitoring solutions. - Maintenance of control centre power system data bases. - Power system analysis, monitoring, control, and simulation studies. To support the provided services, the following tools and software are used and are the main products of the company: - A simulation software called WPSTAB. WPSTAB is a power systems simulation program developed in National Technical University of Athens under the guidance of Prof. Costas Vournas. - Real-Time Voltage Stability Indicators, the New Lives Index (NLI) and the Relay-Based Lives Index (RLI) that can be integrated in the National Control Centre
