PowerUP is a division of Al KHALEEJ for Training and Information Technology that’s been working in the Egyptian market since 2003 and owns the franchisee of New Horizons global training centers in Cairo. Al KHALEEJ has enormous experiences in designing training programs for qualifying individuals for the job market. Al kHALEEJ is considered a partner of many government agencies and civil society organizations in designing and implementing training programs, for example (Ministry of Communications and Information, the Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Administrative Development, the Information Technology Industry Development, Industry Modernization Center, FGF, Nada Association, the General Division of Computer & software General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, the Engineers Association, the Higher Institute of Engineering Tenth of Ramadan, AlSherouk Academy, Teba Academy, New Cairo Academy, the Higher Institute of Engineering in May 15, the Modern University). Our Vision To become the bridge between the needs of the job market and the potentials and the skills of the young individuals after qualifying and developing them to meet with the market needs. Our Mission We are a team of specialists that analyzes the internal and external changes of the job markets to provide guidance, training and help each individual find the most appropriate career path. Work Methodology Power UP is not considered as a traditional training company, we start by answering the difficult questions that face undergraduates, graduates or those who are interested in shifting their careers: • What are the job market current needs? • Am I suitable for this job or vacancy? • How to develop my abilities and skills? • What is the training needed to reach the vacancy I want? • How do I start my own project?
