POWER4MED focuses on the WESTMED region and aim at:
- Evaluating the maritime needs in terms of alternative fuels and fuel technologies that will be effective available and affordable
- Identifying technologies that can offers short terms transitional solutions to the coming demand for carbon-neutral fuels ensuring compliance with emission reduction goals at horizon 2025, 2030, 2040 and 2050.
-Dealing with such complexity is difficult for operators of smaller ship and POWER4MED has the ambition to help them by developing the POWER4MED Supporting Structure.
