Powerdigm is a collective of associates experienced in community innovation and change. Effective in authentic collaboration, policy development, co-design, formative evaluation and sustainable transformation. We believe that government, iwi, locals, and business must work together to solve complex societal challenges. Our collective of practitioners and changemakers live and work all across Aotearoa New Zealand to enable and support transformative, systemic, long term change. Grounded by proven practice, evidence and relationships, and working to powerfully shift Aotearoa toward our new business-as-usual, we are committed to a Treaty honouring Aotearoa where people actively participate in shaping their communities.
