Founded in 2009, PP Asset Management Ltd (“PPAM”) is an independent investment and asset management company based in London, UK. We serve as the exclusive investment vehicle for our owner, Philip Pels. We have a deep background in residential and commercial property development and renewable energy development. Our flagship investments include Susgen – a leading capital provider and partner to renewable energy developers in the UK and the US and The Park Property Group – a UK property developer.' We work with local partners who share our energy to locate exceptional development opportunities and work together with our specialist in-house and advisory teams to bring them to an A grade funding standard. We focus on developed economies showing initial/early stage of growth, driven normally by strong demand for real estate or energy infrastructure which often results in favourable sector regulation. Our fundamental aim is to provide our investors with superior financial returns by selling our projects to institutional investors.
