Biotechnology of VLPs

The Fraunhofer Center for Molecular Biotechnology (FhCMB) is a not-for-profit, contract research organization, developing and applying plant science and other core platform technologies for the production of valuable proteins. We have special expertise in a platform technology known as transient gene expression, which provides excellent protein yields in a short time. We have a state-of-the-art research facility located in the Delaware Technology Park. This is adjacent to the University of Delaware main campus in Newark, DE. We are affiliated with the Delaware Biotechnology Institute, through which we have access to all the major molecular biology tools.
