PPB Properties, the property division of PPB Group Berhad has built a sterling reputation for crafting high-value residential, retail and commercial spaces over the years. PPB Properties was the developer of the residential, commercial and retail properties in Taman Segar, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Its landmark properties include Cheras LeisureMall, Cheras Plaza, Masera Bukit Segar; a guarded residential community housing 38 high-end bungalows. It has also completed Southern Marina Residences in Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Johor, the first phase of Southern Marina, an integrated waterfront 12.5-acre development which is dubbed the gem of Puteri Harbour. In the north, PPB Properties also owns and manages New World Park and The Whiteaways Arcade in Georgetown, Penang. Other projects include the development of the 29-acre Taman Tanah Aman in Bukit Tengah, Seberang Perai and a mixed residential development known as Taman Sinar Mentari in Bedong, Kedah. PPB Properties most recent project is Megah Rise in Taman Megah which marks its entry into the matured Petaling Jaya market.
