PPC is a family run business, established in 1986, Based in Blackburn, Lancashire. We are manufacturers of a range of wholesale soft toilet paper products from household to hygiene. We are not one of the largest toilet paper manufacturers but from the very outset we have concentrated on providing a superior quality product. At PPC, we manufacture a range of wholesale products including, industrial, household and coloured toilet paper, all of these are available in bulk. We are manufacturers of several types of wholesale toilet paper which includes a fragranced range, various plys and we also have a selection of coloured toilet paper. Our business has continued to grow, 2 years ago we moved to our present site with 50,000 square feet, this new facility affords us more than adequate storage space, which has enhanced our service and enables us to keep more toilet paper for our customers.
