In Romania, the company owns and operates two class A office buildings located in the center of Bucharest – Crystal Tower and Metropolis Center, with a total leasable area of 35.000 sqm. Metropolis Center, the company’s first Romanian real estate market investment, is a modern office complex built around an historic printing house from 1919, which was fully renovated to Class A standards and today represents a unique combination of modern and classical architectural styles. Metropolis Center offers 19.000 sqm of class A office space and retail areas. Crystal Tower is one of few modern high-rise office projects in the heart of Bucharest city. It is a modern design Class A office building unique in its atypically curved glass double facade, equipped with a heliport on the roof. The building has a total leasing space of approx. 16.000 sqm.
