Persatuan Pelajar dan Mahasiswa Indonesia Mesir (PPMI Mesir)

PPMI Mesir stands for Persatuan Pelajar & Mahasiswa Indonesia Mesir, or Indonesian Students Association in Egypt. PPMI Mesir is an organization for Indonesians students studying and/or residing in Egypt. We provide a platform for Indonesians to connect and get to know each other through our events and promote Indonesian culture in Egypt. Founded in 1927 by a few students of the Fuad I University Egypt, PPMI Mesir (or often abbreviated as PPMI Mesir) was created to assist the assimilation processes of Indonesian students in Egypt, as well as organizing activities that may help Indonesian students feel at home and promote Indonesian culture to the international community in Egypt. PPMI Mesir organize various programs, including our annual event, One Indonesia, that consist of sport competition, educational event, and art exhibitions.
