PPSDM Consultant (Psychological and Human Resource Development Consultant) established on 1 January 1998, which is in the way it developed, involved professionals and practitioners of Human Resources Management with conceptual and practical experiences, as well as academics involvement from various higher education institution.
Starting in 2011, the PPSDM Consultant initiated a change and established PT. Prima Persona Sumber Daya Mandiri (PT. PPSDM) as the new legal entity.
PPSDM Consultant was established to meet the needs of the organization/company/institution on Psychological Consultation and Human Resource Development. We serve the client through training and team building, psychological assessment, implementation of a Human Resource Management System, key talent sourcing, and talent management.
We created breakthrough innovation during the pandemic. We developed online/virtual assessment protocols and could currently serve all of our products virtually.
