Precision Quality Internship

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗣𝗤™) 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 programme trains and equips young people with the soft and employability skills needed for the world of work. This programme boosts competency-based learning, precision, and accuracy of work and elevates the standard in the delivery of tasks. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝟭𝟴 𝘁𝗼 𝟯𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 (𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻) 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 “𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗧)” and are looking to upskill, reskill and enhance their technical competencies. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 runs this programme in collaboration with 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗔𝗿𝘁. It is worth approximately $5,000 per person but will be fully funded for all those who will be selected to participate. The goal is to bridge the gap between students’ academic preparation and real-world/industry needs, thereby enhancing graduates’ employability and guaranteeing them access to fulfilling and dignified jobs. The programme will admit graduates from Institutions across Ghana’s 16 regions. Training locations will be in Accra, Takoradi, Ho, Kumasi, and Tamale.
