Patent Quality through AI (PQAI) Project is using AI and the Open-Source community to create a prior art search tool to accelerate innovation. AT&T initiated this project and now it has the supporters of various groups and companies. With PQAI, our goals are: 1. Make effective prior art searching possible for all inventors. 2. Natural language interface. 3. 102 and 103 searching capability. 4. Narrow results to a manageable list. 5. Ensure there is Trust, Transparency and Access for all. 6.
