We are a part of Prabha Group Companies having our office and factory at Chandigarh. Our two other manufacturing units are at Derabassi (Punjab) and Parwanoo (Himachal Pradesh). Annual turnover of the group is apprx. 35 million USD, having total manufacturing covered area of around 100,000 square ft.
We are one of the largest manufacturers of LPG Valve and Regulators in India and produce around one million valves and 0.5 million regulators per month. We manufacture LPG valves, Regulators and high pressure Cylinder Valves duly certified by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Chief Controller of Explosive (CCOE).
We also manufacture Liquid Off take Valves conforming to ISO 15995:2006 , Combo Valve Fittings for use with LPG Tanks conforming to EN 13175:2019+A1:2020 and IHP Valves conforming to ISO 15995:2006 certified by Bureau of Verities and Chief Controller of Explosives.
We manufacture all valves from high tensile forgeable premium quality brass. Every lot of brass is tested for chemical and physical properties before taking the material for production process. Other components like Gland Nut, Stainless steel spindle & Teflon washers are made from premium quality raw material. Machining is performed on state of art CNC turning centres, we have around 45 CNC machines to cater to the need of gas industries.
At present we offer varieties of valve namely Oxygen (O 2 ), Medical Oxygen (MO 2 ), Carbon Dioxide (Co 2 ), Nitrous Oxide (N 2 O), Chlorine (Cl 2 ), Acetylene (C 2 H 2 ), Hydrogen (H 2 ), Refrigerant Valve, CNG Cylinder and cascade valves,CNG Filler valve, etc. Inlet and Outlet threads meet the requirements of IS 3224, however it can be made as per International Standards as per customer requirements. Our High Pressure cylinder valve conforms to IS 3224 certified by BIS & CCOE.
We have developed Piped Natural Gas (PNG) Regulators and the drawing and the manufacturing approval of the same is dully approved from Bureau Verities.
