Prabhat Technologies (India) Limited

Prabhat Telecoms India Limited was established in 1997 as a telecom technical support company by the name Prabhat Enterprises. In 2004, Prabhat ventured in Sales and Distribution as Prabhat Telecoms (I) Pvt. Ltd. and further extended its arms into manufacture and assembly of the brand “V3 Mobiles”. The major Prabhat companies are VEE THREE Informatics Limited, Prabhat Telecoms India Private Limited, Prabhat natural energy private limited. “MOBILE PLUS” is an ambitious Endeavour by Prabhat to enter into the Multi-branded mobile phones and accessories retail business. The brand is visible in all Loop Mobile galleries in Mumbai and also district places. VEE THREE has started its India operations in 2008, and presently operates out of offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Ahmedabad. The Indian operations comprise of the handsets business; R&D facilities and Design Studio in Mumbai; a manufacturing plant in Rorkee. Prabhat has diversified into energy sector into bottling and marketing of LPG cylinders for both domestic and commercial applications. An LPG Bottling Plant has been taken over at Jalgaon, Maharashtra as the first step towards stepping into the energy sector. Prabhat plans a pan India setup of LPG bottling plans and distribution channel. Over the year, the company has grown manifold with its manpower strength increasing from 23 people in the year 2008 to over 150 employees in March 2012.
