Our human coaching marketplace offers a premium experience. Each learner works with a coach that is 1-2 levels ahead of them: engineers are coached by senior engineers, new VPs of Engineering are coached by experienced VPs of Engineering, etc. Our marketplace roster has more than 250 coaches who have all worked at leading tech companies.
