As an attorney/broker, co-owner Kathy Gergen-Mandel is ready to help with all aspects of purchasing and selling a clinic, including obtaining financing for the transaction, exit strategy planning and implementation, and small business counseling. Jerry Peterson serves as our broker and co-owner of Practice Brokers. He provides business brokerage services, small business counseling, business appraisals, and end-of-career planning. Heather Conrad is our Business Appraisal Specialist, ready to apply her valuation expertise. She has experience with appraisals relating to estate planning, stock acquisitions, divorce, resale, and office buy-outs. Alyssa Trumbower is a highly qualified Administrative Assistant with a diverse resume of work experience in business management, administration, marketing, and customer service. She skillfully assists the rest of our team with data entry, paperwork processing, record keeping, client communications, and marketing projects. As for our future?
