Praestolari

Praestolari, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) that supports practitioners of Centering Prayer affected by incarceration. Centering Prayer is a form of silent meditation inspired by the Christian monastic tradition that is helpful for people from any or no faith background. Praestolari fosters life-giving, wall-transcending contemplative community for growth in freedom. Seeking creative approaches and working closely with other organizations, we aim to help practitioners in the U.S. access the resources and community needed to fuel their ongoing commitment to the spiritual journey, despite post-release challenges.
