Praexisio Taiwan Inc., the Taiwanese bioinformatics start-up, is a technology leader in #bioinformatics that addresses the most important and critical pharmaceutical and societal challenges. We specialize in the development of personalized drug design techniques that utilize NGS, cMAP, AI assistance and protein molecular dynamics simulations. Our goal is to achieve precise disease treatment and overcome the challenges of clinical trials for new drugs by addressing the issue of lack of specificity. In addition to utilizing state-of-the-art bioinformatics technology to improve the success rate and cost-effectiveness of drug development, we have also created an automated system for interpreting disease genes using next-generation sequencing (NGS). This system improves the accuracy of diagnosing complex diseases and enables precise medication strategies for patients. Furthermore, we have developed a high-performance computing manager and queuing system and a privacy-preserving similarity comparison software to enhance work efficiency and ensure the quality of research.
