PRAGNOM Designs is a Kochi-based architectural and engineering collaborative that creatively applies ‘pragmatic’ design language to the ‘nomadic’ lifestyle needs of the contemporary world. The creative potential of our Engineers, Architects, Designers and Builders is harnessed to give a distinctive edge to Pre-Engineered steel buildings, Green Buildings, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Urbanism and Product Design. Without a doubt, we strive to incorporate sustainability, cultural influence and traditional design elements into contemporary living, leisure and workspaces. Research & Development is our forte and we and ensure that all our projects have Green Strategies complying with LEED, GRIHA, IGBC and GEM Rating systems – a small but sure step to change the world through form and details. PRAGNOM is currently providing green design intelligence to numerous projects throughout India. Our projects range from small lot boutique homes to sprawling private estates, urban villages to residential apartments, commercial spaces, farmhouses, and educational buildings. We, as a firm, focus on lifestyle architecture rather than a formulaic price per square foot approach. We promote the exemplary use of timeless architectural design qualities such as scale and proportions, colour and texture, play of light and shadow, and most importantly, 'sustainability'.
