Prairie Designs LLC is a firm specializing in advancing the state of the art of green or "living" roofs. Our specialty is adapting living roof systems to survive and thrive in the drier, more extreme conditions found in the American Southwest. Our goal is to constantly look to the natural world for innovative ways to utilize ecosystem services while re-introducing a diverse array of native plants back into urban areas.
