Prairie Rail Solutions Ltd. (PRS) is a Manitoba based company whose mission and vision is to provide niche market rail services to railway companies, companies which own rail cars and companies which have or require rail access facilities. It was established under The Corporations Act and is wholly owned by The Vintage Locomotive Society Inc. (VLS) operators of the Prairie Dog Central Railway (PDCR). PRS Ltd offers a defined range of rail-related services to its market.
