@ il Caffe we proud ourselves for being the first family-owned coffee roastery in Transylvania - established in 1995 - and the only family-based coffee business in its second generation. We specialized in the Horeca market - roasting exclusively for bars and restaurants. We nurture the belief that good coffee has its origin in the quality of the green coffee, in the roasters one uses but most of all in the experience one has in roasting different roast profiles and different coffees. Our experience spans over 27 years of roasting. Roasting coffee is the only category that defines us. We roast both specialty or plain origins, arabica or robusta, depending on the result we or our clients aim for. Growing our production capabilities - we currently use three roasters: Petroncini 60 kg, Giesen 6 kg, Probatino 1 kg - we produce also private label coffees with a multitude of packaging options.
