Even though there is more conversation about mental and emotional health, reaching out still feels intimidating and difficult. We at pravaha believe that life flows its own natural course and so do our thoughts and emotions. Sometimes all we need is a means to channelise them in a healthier way. Pravaha provides services for mental and emotional well being. Using arts based therapy, we facilitate self-expression to bring about the balance we are missing and get in touch with our feelings and emotions. We primarily use Clay as a therapeutic medium and design experiences to help cope with difficulties.
