Praxis CPA is a local public accounting practice directed by Jason T. Baker, CPA. Jason started his accounting career in 1994 after graduating with a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, where he also had the privilege to play football for the Cornhuskers as a walk-on.
After working for local and national firms in the Lincoln and Omaha area for 13 years, Jason launched his own practice in 2007 in hopes of providing more personal and customized services for his clients. His approach was inspired by growing up and working in his parents’ family-owned business where he gained an understanding of the struggle and concerns small businesses face on a day-to-day basis. Jason finds joy in the personal side of helping people and getting to know their families and employees.
Praxis CPA enjoys helping small business clients, families and individuals with their tax and accounting needs. As a small business owner himself, he offers unique perspective and insight to his clients.
