Surveying Services Provided by PRD Real Estate Survey Services 1. Survey Consultancy Survey Compliance Advice – We guide our clients through jurisdictional surveying requirements and provide advice on best practice and how to achieve the most cost effective compliance solutions. Survey Titling & Sub-divisional Structuring Advice – In conjunction with our strata consultancy team, we carefully scope the most desirable governance structures, titling and sub-divisional approaches for any project. We balance developer commercial objectives with the needs of all component users, and then ascertain the physical titles required to comply with the adopted strategy. Registration and Issuance of Titles – Coordination and lodgement of survey plans with local authorities. This includes assistance with Ejari lease registration in Dubai and “Tawtheeq” property registrations in Abu Dhabi. 2. Cadastral Plan Preparation Cadastral Plans – We have full cadastral plan preparation capabilities for any jurisdiction for the issuance of titles. These capabilities include the full range of strata subdivision plans, community title subdivision plans, along with volumetric plans for complex mixed use developments. Full On-Site Survey Capabilities – On-site survey services for land plots, villas, apartments, community common area infrastructure, retail units and commercial offices. Supervision Services – For clients with in-house AutoCAD Design teams, PRD can provide flexible, cost effective solutions using your company’s existing internal resources. PRD can train, manage and supervise your in-house AutoCAD operators to produce your required title documentation, from either theoretical plans. 3.
