PreachFor is raising up the next generation of exceptional faith leaders to help churches and communities thrive. Why? The Church matters! Yet many churches in America are struggling due to critical shortages in church leadership, and our best young servant leaders are not exploring ministry. This problem is not inevitable. Research shows that churches with great pastoral and lay leaders are still flourishing. PreachFor's Response: We partner with flourishing churches to identify, attract and equip exceptional future leaders for the church, and beyond. Through the two-year long PreachFor America Fellowship program, young high potential leaders carry out meaningful work in a flourishing church, receive personalized mentoring by pastoral and lay leaders, and earn a master's degree in leadership, as well as a livable wage.
