We partner with flourishing churches to identify, attract and equip exceptional future leaders for the church, and beyond.
Through the two-year long PreachFor America Fellowship program, young high potential leaders carry out meaningful work in a flourishing church, receive personalized mentoring by pastoral and lay leaders, and earn a master's degree in leadership, as well as a livable wage.
