Est. ,built a strong name and quality through the completion of many , large and prestigious In-situ construction and Pre-cast projects, Due to the greatly increased demand for pre-cast concrete, works the management decide to establish a well-organized pre-cast concrete manufacturing factory to cover the demand of the group and the local market in the region as well. We have established PRECON since ( 2002 ) located in the eastern province Dammam — Abu Hedreya Highway. The total land area is 50,000 square meters with an expected average annual production of 4,500 cubic meters . Since the starting Of the factory ( 1 7 years ago ) we have managed to execute some medium scale precast concrete projects .Our research and development team is constantly studying the market demand and introducing new systems and products to meet and suit the current market requirements. We entered the market in this new millennium with strengthened, experienced man-agement and clear sense of mission. The continuous expansion of our or- ganzation in both skilled specialized qualified manpower and equipment is providing Our fact-Ory with opportunity to grow strategically, with creating a new strong look for the fu-ture. We will be depending on our technical superior- ity, schedule, commitments and management skills to successfully secure multi hundred million Saudi Riyals projects . Our production covers a large variety of different pre-cast concrete elements for hospitals, schools, factories, showrooms, multi storey Offices and apartment buildings, single and multi storey car parks, villas, shopping centers, mosques and boundary walls
