PrecastSupport is providing support for precast manufacturing companies in order to develop and improve their operations. PrecastSupport can offer support services in the following cases: • Factory planning and development • Factory construction or upgrading • Factory start up management • Improving and developing precast manufacturing operations Besides using PrecastSupport for defined projects, you can also use PrecastSupport in situations that you are running short in manpower capacity. This can be as additional project staff, replacement of a manager or cover up for manpower shortage. PrecastSupport has an extensive experience in and knowledge of precast manufacturing technology and operations. The experience is gained in The Netherlands and Middle-East (Qatar and Saudi Arabia). In order to cover the full scope, PrecastSupport is working together with partners. In case some specific knowledge is not available, the partners can be approached to add their knowledge.
