No matter how messy your QuickBooks records may be, I can figure out how to fix them, so that you will be able to send accurate, tax-ready financial reports to your CPA at tax time. Services I provide include, but are not limited to:
• Accounts Payable – Set up new vendors, pay bills and print checks. Create vendor/contractor prepayment, payment history and aging reports. File 1099 forms.
• Financial Statements – Reconcile cash, bank, credit card, and loan accounts to statements from your financial institution. Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Transaction Detail reports and any related spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc., that may be needed as supplementation for comparative analysis.
• Accounts Receivable - Create and send customized invoices and record payments received. Provide detailed aging reports and sales reports for analysis. Track customer balances and verify the Accounts Receivable balance on the Balance Sheet.
• QuickBooks Software Training - Chart of accounts, customizing QuickBooks reports, invoice templates, check printing, payroll setup and other ongoing support.
• Detailed Job Cost Reports - For commercial and residential construction businesses, our cost accountants will create reports that break down the costs by job, category, vendor, date, etc...
• Payroll and Payroll Tax Reporting - Calculate tax withholdings and net paychecks. Set up payroll liability accounts and payroll items. Prepare, file and pay state and federal payroll taxes. Prepare quarterly payroll reports, workers compensation reports and W-2 forms.
• CLEAN UP – I can help you to...
o Make QuickBooks show the correct bank and cash balances, so you always know how much money is in your bank account when it is time to pay bills
o Check that employee and owner draws are tracked correctly and that QB shows the correct balance in both data files
o Create systems for managing paper in your office, including helping you clean up the paper that has already accumulated in your office and teaching you strategies to deal with incoming paper going forward
o Reconcile QuickBooks to other retail or management software to ensure accurate recording of income, receivables, etc...
