Precision Components Group Inc.

PCG was a contract manufacturer of precision components for aerospace, semiconductor capital equipment, and medical devices. PCG contracted with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to produce R&D and Production machined parts and assemblies; serving clients ranging from Applied Materials (AMAT) to Boeing. PCG was formed through merger and acquisition of multiple companies, backed by Fremont Private Holdings (FPH). FPH is the direct private investment arm of Fremont Group, the investment office for the Bechtel family.
