Since he founded the company in 1986 Leonard J. Moniz Jr. has guided the company from a one-truck place-and-finish operation to a multimillion dollar, full-capability concrete contractor. The company has constructed vast total-frame concrete structures and industrial facilities for customers such as Porsche, KIA, and Bridgestone. Precision is currently constructing part of the new Falcon Stadium.
