Our clients have process and lockout procedures they currently use, we evaluate these processes and design trapped key safety systems that work with in these systems and create a system that protects the lives of their employees and the companies equipment and property. DESIGN Our team members have over 30 years of Research and Development experience in the Industrial, Commercial and Agricultural sectors. The team also leverages their manufacturing experience in these areas to maximize the manufacturability and serviceability of the designs. MANUFACTURING The team uses over 30 years of acquired manufacturing experience to support all aspects of the manufacturing process, from product design, production shop drawings, jigs and fixtures, process flow and implementation of Lean Methods. DRAFTING The team with over three decades of experience understands the great care and precision required in the drawing process to ensure the right and correct information is conveyed throughout the drawings from concept drawings, shop drawings and right through to parts and installation drawings. PROJECT MANAGEMENT The team's ability to leverage their experience and understanding of all aspects of the project from concept to commissioning, keeps projects on track. Using Microsoft Project allows the team to share vital project status information to the client and contractors to facilitate their planning process.
