Precision Geospatial Solutions offers a wide variety of services in the Land Development Industry. Our goal is to lessen the burden placed on the limited professional & skilled trade resources in our community. The development process requires various permits to be acquired; each specific to the location and type of development proposed. With so many entities involved, and tasks required; it became evident that that there were far more efficient means to arrive at the same goal Precision Geospatial Solutions has vast knowledge and experience in multiple disciplines; we aim to take the Lead on each project. From initial stages of development feasibility, survey, stormwater testing, septic planning/testing & design - We will assign a project manager that to each project that will be the lead for completing every task necessary to gain permit approval. We have built strong relationships with the Department of Environmental Protection, The Chester County Health Department and many of the municipalities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Offering all the necessary services required as well as taking the responsibility of all coordination between the regulatory agencies - Our goal is to provide a new approach to Sustainable Land Development; one which will lead to less headaches & miscommunication, and to more efficient & sustainable practices.
