In 2005, David and Michelle Dobbins moved to Greenville with a plan to start a new heating and cooling business that would treat customers like actual family. We planned to provide excellent quality work at a terrific value. We've stuck to this plan to keep our company small and efficient with a family-like atmosphere. All along, we've worked to keep our prices competitive and fair. While many of the previously local Greenville businesses have been sold off to large out-of-state corporations, we are still locally owned and operated. Our policy is not to push customers to have work done that they don't need. Even if your unit is on its last leg, we'll try to help you get through one more summer if you aren't ready to replace it and if it's feasible. We often are able to apply some of your repair costs towards replacement if your system has to be replaced within a year after we repaired it. At Precision Greenville Heating & Cooling, we are also animal lovers. If you couldn't tell by our rescued office cats, you might have noticed pictures of our border collies on our vans. We make donations to the local humane societies whenever we can. Another one of our favorite organizations to support is our local schools. Our four children are now ages 20, 15, 15 and 14 and we continue to be thankful to the local school system for all the amazing choices it offers. We also offer discounts for veterans, senior citizens and hospital employees. After 15 years, the Upstate is our home and we can't imagine living anywhere else. We care about Greenville and you, our neighbor. We strive to give you the best heating and cooling service we possibly can. We pledge to treat your family like our family!
