Preconstruct is a creative studio specialising in communications for the built environment. Established 2003. We bring spaces, places and ideas to life before they physically exist — crafting images, animations and interactive experiences that inform, excite and inspire. Collaborators include planning consultants, architects, construction companies, property developers, designers, and marketing and PR specialists.
