The platform leverages data from lifestyle activities, social media/website forums, research papers, medical articles and outcomes, and family history, matching these with known signs/symptoms and other demographic characteristics for the early detection of the chronic disease. The main objective is to identify high-risk patients that are more likely to develop chronic disease during regular body checkup/primary care visits, and then help primary care physicians to provide insights and personalized recommendations on reducing the risk and preventing or delaying disease.
