PredictIT Talent offers high quality Recruitment Solutions for clients within the IT Industry. Founded in January 2019 it’s currently a one-man firm driven by me, Emilie Törneman. I take on Recruitment assignments for specific roles and offer a local partner solution customized to fit your needs and internal processes as well as adapting to reflect the values of your organization. I work very close to my clients to ensure I match candidates to both qualifications of the role as well as the culture. Apart from filling open positions I offer guidance in Employer Branding as well as educating hiring managers in interviewing. I also offer second opinion solutions. I am also a certified Lumina Spark practitioner which means I can offer Individual as well as Team development solutions using Lumina spark questionnaire and profiles. This is also something I prefer to use in my recruitment processes as it gives a much deeper and accurate insight in a candidate’s behavior (both job-related, under pressure and private) and it’s reliable and a great help to predict how well the candidate will be a match to a role and company culture. For Team development, I offer sessions with playful exercises adapted to fit your needs to increase communication and productivity and to reach someone’s best potential.
