PREFABBRICATI MALLUZZO, founded by Malluzzo's brothers, is the result of a 40 years experience in the
production of reinforced and pre-stressed concrete products.
Malluzzo's brothers, following the positive results obtained by their father Domenico Malluzzo in the sector of
precast buildings for road infrastructure and after careful market researches, have decided to carry on the
activity and thus the manufacturing of products for the building of precast industrial warehouses in reinforced
and pre-stressed concrete, components for civil constructions and concrete bridge beams catering for spans up
to 50 meters, for large road networks. Currently, Prefabbricati Malluzzo definitely offers the best to its clients,
both for its equipment and systems of large capacity and high technological level, and for the accredited
technical staff with remarkable experience in this sector, able to analyse, assess and propose the most viable
solutions for every possible request.
The plant is located in the new industrial area of Gela (CL), extended along an area of over 30,000 square
meters, is provided with innovative systems for the quick production and control of numerous types of products
in c.a.p. (pre-stressed concrete) and in c.a.v. (vibrated reinforced concrete), such as:
• Concrete bridge beams for roads and railways with “ V – I – T ” sections;
• Wide range of precast elements for the building of industrial warehouses of every shape and dimension, multistorey
buildings;
• Double-ribbed retaining walls;
• Slab floors in c.a.v. and in c.a.p. ;
• Breakwater concrete elements for port waterfront, such as Tetrapod
• Small elements in vibrated reinforced concrete.
Prefabbricati Malluzzo has n° 2 mobile beams fields for the production and movement under bridge beams'
pillars, in case of special construction or localization requirements, such as the length of the beams or the
transport of the same, linked to the existing road network.
