Preferred Living has been developing and managing rental communities in Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding area since 1996. Our properties also include suites in Dublin, Hilliard, Reynoldsburg, Westerville, New Albany and Worthington, Ohio. Our company was founded to provide more than just everyday living spaces. We set out to encourage the "Preferred lifestyle" in stylish and relaxing environments. Each of our communities includes an on-site clubhouse featuring workout facilities, plasma TVs, and resort-style swimming pools.
