At Pregnancy Options Centre, our vision is to ensure no one faces crisis pregnancy, post-abortion, or pregnancy loss alone, and that children and young people receive comprehensive education about healthy relationships, unplanned pregnancy, and sexual health.
Established in 1997, we offer a free, confidential counselling service for individuals navigating unplanned pregnancies, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their thoughts and feelings. .
We extend our support to those experiencing pregnancy loss, including miscarriage, still birth, ectopic pregnancy, termination for medical reasons, and abortion, offering long-term 1-2-1 support with trained practitioners.
Our education project delivers interactive educational workshops in schools, colleges, and youth settings across Chichester, Arun and the surrounding areas, focusing on healthy sex and relationships: sexual health, consent, healthy relationships, the dangers of pornography, the pregnancy timeline, miscarriage, IVF and the three options of an unplanned pregnancy: abortion, adoption or parenting. They also focus on identifying key features of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE); control, coercion and consent.
