We work with a range of clients including home builders, resident management companies and even Community Interest Companies. We successfully manage over 150 estates which include more than 9,000 homes. How we manage a development can include working with a number of community partners, deploying community mobilisers or providing a basic package for effective asset management; we pride ourselves on a flexible approach which will suit the needs of each individual development.
