Premier Engineering is a precision tooling group with over 200 skilled team members across facilities in China, Mexico, India, and Canada. We specialize in high-precision injection molds—including clear optical components for automotive lighting, large-format 2K molds, and complex tooling up to 25 tons.
We are ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certified, reflecting our strong commitment to quality, process control, and customer satisfaction across all global operations.
Our headquarters and main production base is located in Dongguan, China, where we operate a vertically integrated facility equipped with high-speed 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machining, EDM, polishing, and in-house mold sampling. This site supports full mold builds from design to T1 delivery, with a strong focus on tight-tolerance parts and high cosmetic finishes.
Our new facility near Monterrey, Mexico facility (opening 2025) is dedicated to tool repair, preventative maintenance, and engineering changes. Strategically located to serve North American molders and Tier 1 suppliers, it is equipped with a 25T crane capacity, CNC,EDM machines as well as laser welding and 3D scanning—offering responsive support, minimized downtime, and reduced logistics costs.
