(PDS), is an award-winning Engineering firm, established in Florida on June 19, 2007, with headquarters in Broward County in the City of Miramar, and offices in the City of Miami, FL. PDS is licensed, insured, and certified to do business in the State of Florida, providing Professional Engineering, Surveying, and Construction Administration Services, having qualifications and technical categories of work pre-approved by Miami-Dade County, Broward County and FDOT.
During the last 18 years, PDS has completed complex transportation, water/wastewater, and municipal infrastructure projects, bringing together stakeholder alignment, regulatory navigation, and technical excellence, moving projects forward for clients such as: Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD), Miami-Dade Transit Division (MDT), Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD), Broward County Water and Wastewater Services (BCWWS), Broward County Aviation Department (BCAD), Broward County Transit (BCT), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and many towns and cities in the State. PDS has also secured continuing term and federally funded engineering contracts with different government agencies.
