Premifab is the holder of EMAS certificate, EU most prestigious environmental certificate. Developing innovative and sustainable solutions that help customers to cut waste, minimize their carbon footprint and implement circular economy measures. Premifab Ltd. is the first company in Croatia whose main business is regeneration of organic solvents, and material recovery Premifab is a young start-up company funded by the Croatian Agency for innovation and investment, and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The company has implemented and certified environmental management system ISO 14001: 2015 and Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015, and is the third company in Croatia to implement the EMAS Regulation and obtain such certificate, which is the highest level of environmental protection the company can implement. Premifab has a clear vision and strategy to become narrowly specialized company in the field of regeneration of organic solvents and hazardous waste management through recycling of waste. Premifab's EMAS certification seeks to assess and improve its ecological activities through evaluation, reporting and improving environmental indicators, transparently and in accordance with all EU regulations. In this way Premifab sets new standards in hazardous waste management, which is fully in compliance with the circular economy. Premifab develops specific models in the management of hazardous wastes based on the idea of cleaner production and pollution prevention. The main objective is to reduce the production of hazardous wastes, and the use of models brings financial benefits for the participants, along with a significant reduction of adverse environmental impacts and risks to human health. Premifab's in-house Laboratory for organic solvents (LOO) is fully accredited by The Croatian Accreditation Agency in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017. LOO is a CROLAB member, too.
