As the major supplier in Ulaanbaatar, Premium Concrete is independently dispatched with each load being monitored by the industry’s best-trained quality assurance personnel. Both dispatch and quality assurance use the most state-of-the-art equipment to ensure on-time delivery of the highest quality concrete. Quality control is guaranteed through our onsite Quality Control lab which is ran by our qualified Technicians; this ensures that all concrete leaving the plant is of the highest standard. With this we are adhering to good work practices such as the ASTM C94 / C94M (International Cement & Concrete Standards) Ready Mix Concrete. The Premium Concrete LLC is a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI). Connection with ACI gives us access to information on current projects around the world as well as information provided by the Institute and its programs. This gives us greater exposure to more modern concrete practices and provides networking on cooperative research programs between our concrete professionals and ACI counterparts around the world. Our 2 batching plants are certified by NRMCA. Plant certification is widely recognized as an important part of comprehensive project specifications.
