Premium Wine Group is a contract winemaking facility designed to provide our clients with an economical way to produce wine without the huge investment in equipment and facility. Premium Wine Group is a Custom Crush & Co-Packing facility designed to afford producers an economical way to make and package wine without a heavy investment in their own winery. While winemaking decisions and stylistic preferences are driven by our clients, PWG supports client goals with state of the art equipment, a group of experienced production professionals and the highest standards of winemaking, sanitization and packing. Founded in 2000, PWG has grown from processing 545 tons annually to over 1,900 tons in 2020 with an ultimate capacity of 2,500 tons. PWG’s mission is to continually upgrade our plant, equipment and services to offer clients the highest quality winemaking and co-packing environment. Currently 16 clients produce over 100 individual wines each vintage.
