Premium Welding & Manufacturing provides custom ASME Pressure Vessels and Processing Equipment fabrication for customers worldwide. We are an international company with a full engineering staff who can design, fabricate, and test a wide range of products. Geared towards the production of Oil & Gas Equipment such as Filters, Glycol Dehydration Systems, 2 and 3 Phase Separators, Pig Launchers, Slug Catchers, Skimmers, Indirect Heaters, Amine Systems, Heater Treaters, Piping Spools and Structures. Fabrication capabilities include fit-up, cutting, welding (Sub Arc Welding and Manual/Hand Welding), grinding, post weld heat treat, pipe work, structural, blasting, painting (Interior and Exterior), hydro and assembly. Our process systems are used in downstream, midstream, and upstream processing applications and can be fabricated as skid mounted modules or loose systems. Our ASME code pressure vessels are made from carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel and can be designed as stationary or transportable class vessels in the horizontal or vertical working positions. NACE compliant and lethal service vessel materials can also be used. Our in-house HSE representative works with our customers and engineers to ensure that all vessels are completely safe and meet all applicable safety standards. Outside diameters can range from 8" to 14’ with a maximum 8” wall thickness and lengths up to 100’ from seam to seam. We hold a manufacture license as ASME, AWI, National Board of Inspection U, & R stamps, and follow all applicable standards. As a pressure vessel manufacturer, can also undertake alterations and repairs to Pressure Vessels as per the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors - “R” stamp.
