Being able to look after yourself doesn’t require big muscles or decades of training in martial arts; it only requires knowledge and the willingness to apply that knowledge!
We all must be responsible for our personal safety and I vehemently believe everyone, regardless of physical ability should have an adaptable self protection strategy to keep themselves and their loved ones safe should violence touch them.
My vision is to make sure we all have the skills and knowledge to be able to recognise threat and a potentially violent situation and use those skills learned in order to avoid it or deal with it effectively should escape not be possible.
